DS3 is collaborative effort from Harvard Library and metaLab @ Harvard. The high-level goal of DS3 is to inspire those within academia (students, faculty, and staff) who may interested in digital scholarship, but who may feel they are insufficiently technical, disciplinary, or that they are lacking the resources to develop and integrate their ideas.

Of course digital scholarship isn’t just a matter of data visualization or analysis and interpretation; nor is it all about preservation, access, and archiving. It’s also about maintenance; it’s about fostering opportunities for teaching and learning; it’s about community. This last dimension is maybe the most crucial: how does a project advance an idea, support a course, or treasure and preserve resources, in ways that expand the possibilities of learning and discovery?

Please take this short feedback survey to help improve the DS3 project site and reach out to Matt Cook (matt_cook@harvard.edu) if you have a DS project you might want to nominate for future inclusion on the site. We look forward to hearing from you and sharing your DS Success Story with the world.
